How can i fix my anxiety? Xanax
only has worked in the
past?
I am an extremely anxious
person. I hate going to the
doctor, and even when i get
there often i am so overcome
with anxiety that i cannot tell
them my problems. Help! I have
been seeing a psychiatrist for
some years, and he gives me a
little bit of xanax from time
to time, but i have to say -

is a good drug at what it
does, but it is also very
addicting. Very
addicting. I would not be
afraid to use it, I would
caution you that if you
use it too much it can
begin to cause anxiety
when you are in
withdrawal from it. This
can lead to a bad cycle,
in which you are no
longer taking the drug to
counter anxiety that you
had before, but a new
iatrogenic anxiety. In
order to counter that it
might be best to think of
it as something very
temporary that will help
you learn how to handle
your anxiety in other
ways. Do not mix it with
alcohol. But don't be
afraid of
it.

Xanax does help but it does
not cure the problem! Also be
careful as it is addicting and
you can't just suddenly stop
taking it cause it can cause
withdrawal symptoms and stuff.
There are Medicines you can
take that help Long term
Instead! Not just cover up the
problem like xanax . Xanax can
help for awhile but other
medicines help longer for the
problem and not addicting! Like
ssri's and others. Ask your
doctor or see a therapist who
can help with it also. good
